None of these worked. Had no problem viewing the video yesterday, suddenly today it can’t load. Storage isn’t an issue, I pay for extra storage per month. Shouldn’t have to jump thru all these hoops just to watch your own videos. Android looking better & better every day….

Man I'm upset. I had the best video from the Bad Bunny concert I went to and it was the only video that has an error. I've tried everything and I still cannot recover it. I haven't deleted it because i'm still holding onto hope that I can get that memory back, but maybe it's gone forever. rip. .

I don’t know what the fuck this did but it deleted 500 of my pictures from my phone. All my pictures of my cat when he was a baby gone. All the pictures of my dead bird are also gone.

Thank you for this video but it still hasn’t worked. It was just a grey square saying unable to load now it’s a grey square with jpeg written on it. If i try to send to myself it just goes of the gallery app and goes to home screen. PLEASE HELP ME 🙏🏼

For anyone who tried this and nothing worked, this is for you. I tried everything and spent hours trying to fix one of my videos. Basically I was going to crop the video and then it went black and I got the exclamation mark thingy and that was that. So after hours of trying I hard reset the iPhone and went back to the video and un-edited it and eventually it loaded. If you are experiencing this issue, I would recommend clicking edit in the top corner, and cropping it. It should get the video back. Then you can hit revert and the video should be back to normal. At least it worked for my video. Hope this helps!

To those looking for solutions to solve this error and wasn’t able to fix the error through the suggestions in the video, I found the problem was solved when I hit edit and made any tiny adjustment to the photo and saved or reverted the photo to its original form. I found this before attempting to update my iPhone to the latest iOS

I had this happen and i bought more storage but nothing happened. I then changed my settings to ‘Download and keep originals’ and now those unloaded photos are all gone :(

After trying 20 + hacks and watching 33 videos about the problem here’s what worked for me Edit the video thats not playing by one second and save it …. thats it and now um going on every page to tell this hope it helps for you 😬
