I changed my windows update to manual update, every time the upgrade to win 11 appears with other updates, how can remove / prevent this update and allow other updates to be downloaded ?

This isnt a good idea with these settings. If you do this (with these settings) you wont get any security updates. There is about a year or so left until Win 10 is depricated. Microsoft issues security updates about once a month. You would be missing out on all the regular security updates, and also critical security updates.

There are better ways to handle this.
