Most of these 'Canadians' have never lived in Canada. Quebec was issuing Canadian citizenships freely in the 70s and 80s in exchange for benefits from CDN government and money from the immigration programs. I don't blame the Lebanese. In fact some that benefited from the program are family friends. I blame the Canadian and Quebec governments for such reckless and corrupt practices that our troops now need to sacrifice themselves to uphold.
