OMG I WAS THINKING THE SAME THING! Why is is when female artists brag about “being able to take your man” their music blows up? Like ice spice, Sza when she made the weekend song, “I can take your man if I want to”, “don’t tell your gf that I’m your gf” like ?? People happily sing it but have no clue how awful it feels when a female does it to you. Such a heartless move.

As an Irish person I see (a lot but not all) Americans do the last one and say “oh I’m Irish too” which isn’t completely untrue, they could totally have ancestors from here but it will literally be their great great great great grandparent and almost all of the Irish will be pretty much gone from their blood by then and they won’t know anything about Irish history or culture either and be super disrespectful when they visit.
