Honestly there aren't words to express how _HAPPY_ this song makes me lmao. So many childhood memories for me and just great enthusiastic, dance energy all around, which is perfectly encapsulated in this cover!! I used to love doing many different genres of dancing, folk dancing to songs of different backgrounds especially, and this cover would be perfect for that! Imagine a live band doing this and people dancing or skating to this in some sort of city/town square (similar to the movie but modern times i guess lol) - it would be so magical!! <3

Dang, I had forgotten that this was one of my favorite instrumental pieces from a movie. Both this and the How to Train Your Dragon cover have both been the best surprises from your new instrument only music. No moment from Disney, not even The Lion King, has ever captured the sheer EUPHORIA that this scene does for my soul. There is something so joyous, so happy, so celebratory, and so, so beautiful about Rapunzel and Flynn dancing with the kingdom subjects. Without realizing it, Rapunzel is dancing among her people! And it doesn’t even matter that she’s the princess: all she knows is that for once, she’s finally free! ❤️

I wasn’t a huge Instrumental person until I heard this song when the movie came out, honestly. And this is absolutely GLORIOUS! I love that just having this song play can make anyone want to start dancing along. It is THE song to bring out.
