FULL APPLICATION of CND Shellac Luxe vs. CND Original Shellac

Full application of Shellac Luxe "Tropix" on one hand and on the other hand= Original Shellac "Tropix" to compare the colour and application and the finished look. *Not a sponsored video.

The end result was similar but Luxe looked thinner and the colour was less bright, still beautiful but softer.

I'm noticing that the Luxe Top Coat needs to be applied a little softer (so thicker). The brush, because it is a little shorter and stiffer makes the application thinner.
I got better shine with a slightly fuller application.

I had HORRIBLE results with CND Shellac Luxe--until I got a CND light. Other, less expensive lights, like from Gelish, do NOT cure the polish properly. Don't try to save money with a cheaper light. Do the Scrub Fresh, the Luxe polish and top coat and the CND light.

Great videos I just subscribed. Notice in several of your videos you use a gel brush to thinly spread thebase coat. What brand and size gel brush do you use and how do you. clean the brush? I am anxious to try that technique. Thanks so much fir the great videos.

Interesting application for shellac luxe. I like this and will certainly try it this way. I have downloaded from CND website the application notes and it doesn’t look like this. Do you feel this method is better for free edge application?

How long was the luxe application?! Looks like it says it but for like millisecond then jumps to original application time
