This is the great Welsh songstress Shirley bassey of the goldfinger and diamonds of forever 007 days. She is grand beyond words. This performance was very avant-garde since she is usually in front of an orchestra. Listen to her stuff you won't be disappointed.

So many Shirley Bassey songs to do in a career that's spand over 60 years including 3 James Bond theme songs. The word legend is so easily used nowadays but not where Dame Shirley is concerned.

There were some great collaborations of new Electronics acts and older generation of classic artists at the time. Mainly Europeans. Pet Shop Boys and Dusty Springfield, KLF and Tammy Wynette, the Orb and Ricky Lee Jones...
