How did you fix the problem where it says "server is online mode!"? I keep on changing it to offline mode but when I start the servers up they turn back to online mode.

Can you please help me? Everytime I start the servers and join it resets the online mode back to true! It doesnt start the server either it just says that it is in Online Mode. I keep trying to change it but it still does it :( I dont know what to do?

Im sure it is portforwarded because when it isn't portforwarded it said like snake.yaml.bootstrap and stuff but I used like a new IP (which I think is portforwarded) and it says listening but in Minecraft it says java.netConnectexception: Connection refused no further information: localhost/127.0.0.1:25565

It is port forwarded. I am by a host so.. and when i use it without bungeecord that other people so can join. And its weard because when i use localhost it works but other players can youn my ip and i can not see them. I think there is something wrong but what.. so please help me
