DOES19 Las Vegas — Delta Air Lines embarked upon a transformation journey in 2016. Since then, the IT organization has invested in several efforts to enable the enterprise to adopt practices that enable the speedy delivery of business value. One of these efforts is an immersive program known as The Dojo. This program is delivered to development teams and is focused on a holistic eight week immersive program with coaching on Agile, API, Cloud, DevOps, Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering practices. The Dojo program has enabled more than 26 development team in the last year and has evolved to address some of the more specific challenges that teams face when delivering value.
