The very people OBAMACARE was supposed to help it has actually hurt.

I'm a group insurance broker in Michigan.  I have been in this business for 25 years.   My role is to represent employers when they analyze their group medical insurance. This is relevant because more than 70% of insured American are covered by their employer.

Now, as the many of the major provisions impacting employers have begun to take root in the form of new taxes, new fees and new coverage mandates-- employers  have seen their rates skyrocket. in some cases the increase has been in excess of 50%.

At the same time, their workers are now being forced to pay more for plans that cover less-- in some cases a lot less.

Most of us can afford a copay for prescriptions and doctor office visits.  But wait until they have to go to the hospital and see the medical bill for a "Bronze Plan" with a deductible of more than $6, 000.  It will be unmanageable.

Anyone who still thinks the Affordable Care Act is good legislation probably thinks they can still choose their own doctor. Thanks Senator Rubio for your candid and concise comments on this transformative piece of legislation.
