Ninja Foodi Grill Dehydrate Function

I'll dehydrate thinly sliced apples. Slice the apples on a mandoline and put it in water mixed with a few tablespoons of lemon juice. Drain apple slices and pat them dry. Place a single layer of apples in the pot and place a single layer in the crisper basket. Put the basket in the pot and dehydrate at 135 degrees until done.

Yours got done real quick. I don't like the crispy but softer. Seen other recipes online that said it took 7 hours or so i don't know why yours went so quick.

I had know idea it took so long to dehydrate food. I was interested in making some treats for my dog. I can no longer find them in stock since the covid pandemic.

Very nice, thank you for sharing. I wonder how much cost in energy it takes to run the foodi for 3 hr's. Hm, is it worth it? Looks like fun though.

Why did you set for 7 hours and take out after 3? Is there a reason you set for 7 over 4/5?

If you use the dehydration rack, do you put the bottom pan in?

hello - does dehydrating take up alot of your electricity? how much does it say for steak/beef to make homemade beef jerky? if you put more trays in would that increase your dehydration time?

Anita, could they be put into a wee bit of cinnamon before dehydrating them?. Cinnamon would make them taste yummy. Thank you for making this video Anita xx

What’s the difference between the air crisper and the dehydrator? I just got one for Christmas, but mine doesn’t have the dehydrator function, im wondering if I could just dehydrate using the crisper at the same temp

Ninja really charges a premium for their products. I owned a cosori air fryer which was a little over $100 and it was okay and I gave it away after using it a few times. This item seems really expensive if compared to a cheap $50 air fryer. other than this dehydrator function they all seem to do pretty much the same thing. It seems like the new 2019 kitchen scam but now improved with grilling function. This kitchen gadgets seems okay at $50 but you'd have to be insane to pay $169 or $269 just for the integrated temp probe which you could buy an instant read thermometer for under $10.

Now on to reviewing the reviewer. Overall, your videos are good. A lot of tweaks could be made to make it fantastic though. It would take some time to go through all of the different areas of the video such as format structure, watch time. Most YouTubers just want the short positive comments they can add hearts to and are unwilling to go deeper into analyzing their channel and videos. So since I don't know which type of person you are. I'll just say good job and good video. People are enjoying your videos and you will continue to grow but at a slower pace than what your potential really is.
