I have some question regaring my GLMER model.

i have panel data of consumer (unbalanced) over a period of like 1 year.
within that year i have and intervention period of 6 weeks and and "post"intervention period of also 6 weeks.
i want to analyse whether the intervention has a an effect on the number of healthy purchases (count data)
furthermore, i have multiple interactions effects to see if during intervention period some customers (for example; people who buy more organic food) also buy healhier (so by including as interaction and just number_organic_food and compare them). Furthermore, i want to see what the effect over time is.

as the model is count data, i have to use glmer model with poission.
As each indivudal has a own starting point, i want to include random intercept.
Due to the large ammount of indivuals, it is not possible to also include random slopes (computional power)
as a result, i argued to use a random intercept model.

So, i have to use glmer with random intercept for each indiviual.

Can you mayby help me making my model in r? I am really struggeling
