This is where is all began for me as a contractor 😄
I bought this home back in 2001 when I was just 21 years old...
I had just started my contracting business the year before, SRW Contracting Inc., primarily power washing decks, roofing & exterior work.
Over the following years did some quick patches & renovations of the the existing bathroom , but was always overwhelmed by the idea of completely gutting it & starting over 😄 I simply did not have the confidence at the time, I even covered over a window at one point during one of the remodel projects. I was too afraid to change the layout...

That's why I'm here on youtube & creating online courses 👍 If I would have had a mentor & guidance like this when I was a new home owner....I would have never wasted my money on the cheap way out! Over time it just cost more money to do the cheap fix & I always hated the existing layout & look of bathroom

Phenomenal work on this video. Seldom does someone upload such a long and detailed videos on renovation/construction. It has good camera angles, tips, covers multiple types of work (plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc.). It also lists instruments and materials and approximate cost and an estimate about what would a professional were to charge for this (~$33, 000 I believe what he mentioned). You also promote your website and courses in a reasonable way throughout the video and not being pesky about it. I believe the wife film and puts together the videos, so great job on both.
