One spooky book I recently read and will recommend is the Sundown Motel by Simone St James. It's set in a small town motel with alternative timelines, ghosts, creepy stuff happening to the night clerk at the motel and then years later her niece comes down to investigate the disappearance of her aunt. All in all very thrilling with a message which is rare for horror/ ghost story.

I am reading The Shining by Stephen King...When the horror accidents were just about to start...I noticed just 4 days left for my tests...so I stopped reading...But can anyone give reviews how good is the Horror in that book.
