I'm not gonna lie, I was confident that they were all LGBT.

"Everyone has anxiety, stop being dramatic!" Anxiety is different from anxiety disorders. You know that feeling when you're just about to go to sleep, and then you realise you have homework that you haven't done? Or you have an essay due that you forgot to write, but it's due in 5 minutes? When you wake up and realised you've overslept? Take that mundane feeling of panic we all get for a few seconds- and then imagine constantly living with that feeling. No matter what you do to try and stop the anxious feeling, it won't go away. Sometimes you are overwhelmed with a feeling of panic, despite nothing being there to panic about. It's a horrible, horrible feeling, and you can only trivialise it if you've never gone through it.

These people are all humans who deserve to be treated fairly.

I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder too. The minute they were describing how they felt when it was happening, I knew exactly what they were talking about

I'm assuming it's to do with mental health due to it being mental health day

Anxiety is so underestimated and crippling to those who suffer with it.

“Congratulations you’re all worried” “I’m kidding I have it to” 😂 idk why I found this so funny

I love this video! My anxiety was diagnosed in the fourth grade and for so many years I felt broken and like I didn’t belong anywhere. I’ve hurt so many friendships, and lost quite a few, because of people not believing that I “actually” had anxiety. This year I graduated from high school and got a job, two things I never thought I would be able to do for a very long time. Anxiety is not a barrier, it’s a hurdle that you have to jump and when your mind lies to you just tell it to get the hell out of the way because you are amazing and can do anything!

I almost cried watching this. Was diagnosed with GAD 12 years ago, and it took a long time for me to be comfortable telling anyone. I got called a "perfectionist" when I admitted it as a teenager - that I just wanted everything to perfect and my way, not that I was panicking because things were out of my control. Good to know some things are changing.

I have GAD as well, it is hard to deal with at times, and I have had depression, and suicidal thoughts in the past. It's like a constant nagging feeling that you just can't get rid of. It influences almost every single choice I make on a day to day basis. I just want to say that if you also have anxiety, it will get better, it won't always be this bad, but I cannot say that it will completely go away. Keep being strong, I love you, you are worth it and I believe in you!! 💕

One of my teachers has what he calls the safe place if your having really bad anxiety or anything really you just go in there it’s pretty big closet with censory items to help even if your not in his class and you just can’t handle it all you do is ask your teacher can I go to the safe place I can’t take it and they have someone take you to the safe place I thinks it’s a good thing

People here talking about how they're just human: everyone has anxious moments, experience stress, etc, but your stress usually doesn't consume your every waking moment or stop you from doing things... Just food for thought

I was diagnosed with anxiety when i was around 11 or 12 and diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder when I was 14 and have been on medication since I was 15. so this really meant a lot to me and hit home. i’m literally crying, it’s so important to me to see that other people go through this and that I am not alone.

I knew someone who had "anxiety" once. He was the biggest narcissist i've ever met, two-faced, and emotionally abusive. Used to make fun of his girlfriend to me and his other friends when she wasn't around.

Okay so I may have cried watching this, then I started reading the comments and got scared to post one myself. I've struggled with an anxiety disorder since I was a toddler and seeing such a diverse group of humans who no one would have guessed have this thing in common just made me feel so much less alone.

My first thought was, "Everyone step forward who is human, " but it never happened...

My guesses were:
1. Cancer survivor
2. Sexual abuse victim
3. Some sort of depression or anxiety
