real hit men are found on wet pages. there’s an onion wet pages index but you need password to a lot of them and it’s not recommended to use unless you have a good firewall and a fast rerouting system. standard vpn configuration won’t do you any good those are just as traceable as things on the upper nets.

Just remember to encrypt all your messages and use a vpn. If the site gets compromised and your messages aren't encrypted, they can be traced back to you, unless you're looking for fun target practice when they come a knockin'.
