Nivawa and Saito

This is the practical part of my bachelor thesis. It's an animation based on the manga "Nivawa and Saito". My thesis was about the combination of cgi and 2d-animation with a focus on Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. This practical part was about adapting a manga to animation, while keeping it's visual style.

In the world of "Nivawa and Saito" there is a reptilan like species called Arfica living underground. Recently they made first contact with humankind. Since the Arfica don't have any technology they send out the child of their chief to explore the human world and their inventions by living with a human. This child, Nivawa, chose to live with the unemployed Saito. In this part of the story Nivawa explores Saitos closet while he is sleeping and finds a flashlight, a thing she has never seen before.

The on screen text is German, because I copied the speach bubbles from my German version of the manga.

Do you know if there's an English version of the manga i can buy somewhere? Most websites like Amazon only have German.
