Maya Millete's family fights to see missing woman's children

The family of missing Chula Vista woman Maya Millete is requesting visitation rights for her three children, but her husband is against the request.

These reporters and investigators aren't asking the right questions. If Larry is telling everyone Maya simply abandoned her family, then reporters need to ask these follow-up questions:
1. Why do you believe Maya just simply up and left when there are so many people who believe it is not in her nature to ever do that? Especially Maya's family?
2. If she just left, why wouldn't Maya keep in touch with her family and kids? Especially by now that her family is beyond grief and worry, and they simply want to know if she is alive, safe and well? Why doesn't or wouldn't she want her family or anyone to know she's at least alive and made the choice to leave her husband & family?
3. Can you (Larry) provide proof of a pattern with Maya's behavior regarding abandonment and apathy towards her own family, kids & friends?
4. Can you (Larry) provide proof of Maya's history of mental illness and/or despression?
5. If Maya just left, wouldn't it be easier just to divorce you and have joint custody of the children? Why would she simply leave under mysterious & suspicious circumstances and put you and her kids through such a horrible situation?
6. If Maya just left, has her bank account seen any activities these past 9 months? Do you know? Have you asked CVPD to look into this? If you haven't asked, why haven't you? (If anything, this could help with Larry's innocence if Maya or someone has been spending Maya's money.)
If she hasn't used any of her own money, how can she survive all this time? If, it is truly that you (Larry) think she just up and left her family.
7. Are you concerned at all if she's dead or alive somewhere living another life?
8. If she is living another life, don't you think she would be working another job somewhere? If she is, wouldn't her employer simply reach out to CVPD to assure them she's still alive? Why would she want to hide from you and her own family? Even if she does want that, she can still reach out and keep her whereabouts a secret.
9. Why don't you (Larry) go on the news and ask her to contact the authorities to confirm to everyone that she is still alive so that her family can get piece of mind? So her children would not have to wonder if she's dead or alive? So that she can clear you as a person of intetest? Wouldn't you want to be cleared as a murder suspect?
10. What does Maya have to gain by creating this horrible situation where she frames you as a possible murderer? What does she gain by abandoning her family and children? Can you give any instances of this type of cruelty where she did things to make you, her family & kids suffer?

There are so many questions that could be asked and his answers could be analyzed by authorities & experts.
Also, I think these questions should be applied to Larry's dad and uncle. To me it was just as suspicious when Larry's dad told people on news cameras that Maya abandoned her family months ago. Ask him these same questions and take a good look at his answers.
If investigators have already asked these questions and haven't been able to get clues & answers that may help with this case, then they need a new set of eyes to review those answers.
Is it legal for Larry or anyone to refuse to absolutely answer any and ALL questions? What are limits to taking the 5th? Are there limitations?
If Maricris & Maya's family want to find Maya, they'll have to take Larry to civil court and make him go through the discovery stages.
