Physical buttons should never be replaced by touch screen. While driving we tend to feel the button and then press it to avoid any distraction and taking eyes off the road. With touch screen it's going to be exactly the opposite.

Physical buttons for ac are must…even traction and drive mode buttons should also be physical…they are safe and will work if the touch screen errors

Old is gold! Pehle sab gadio mein ek hi controls aate they lekin abb jitne bar gadi change karo utni bar naya sikhna padta hain. Example pehle sab gadi mein manual gear aate the to easy hota tha lekin abb har ek gadi mein naya sikhna padta hain. Just gear nahi sab kuch.

Physical rotary knobs for increasing and decrasing volume with ON / OFF function is also missing in today’s car’s. Even the automatic climate control comes with a touch screen. Even that needs physical button’s as 2020’s Maruti Swift.
