How to Order Food and Drink on Your Princess Cruise with the MedallionClass App

This is a step by step guide to ordering food, drink and other items to be delivered to you directly using Princess Cruises MedallionClass app.

You should download the app to your smartphone before your cruise to load your personal details and complete a pre-cruise checklist. The MedallionClass app can be found in your Apple App Store or android App Store.

I show you how to order items to be delivered to your cabin and how to see which items are complimentary.

You can schedule delivery for a certain time for your convenience or immediately to wherever you are on the ship.

All Princess cruise ships are now MedallionClass enabled so you can do this on your next cruise. You can still order from a crew member as before and can even use this ordering service on your stateroom TV.

Excellent tutorial on how to order using the medallion app. It looks very simple to use especially as we've had practice using our phones to order in pubs, restaurants and coffee shops since Covid. Looking forward to using it in June.🤞

During our last Celebrity cruise although we had a package, alcoholic drinks were not included in room service. Will look forward to using all the medallion services in December. Thanks Again!

Hi, nice video thank you for sharing. Silly question, but if I say wanted to order a couple of drinks each for me and my partner, should I do it all on the same app as it will take 4 drinks of my drinks package allowance? Thanks

The medallion app is going to kill the cruise experience, i can just see it now everybody with their heads down buried in their phones
