Okay, I'm not gonna lie. I thought "Chile, ain't no way I'm gonna sweat from this." Let me tell ya, my legs are burning, my back and arms and my core a little bit. This was good. I'm definitely going to include this in my workouts. Also, though it took a minute her comments rubbed off on me. I found myself saying, c'mon queen/king! quite a bit. Great job.

For a 49 yo. extremely obese former smoker (for 35 years), this is h-a-r-d work. =)

51 years old, trained/ran a half marathon in 2019, Feb. 2020 got a shin splint that moved into a stress fracture. 10 months later and I'm still in a lot of pain, not as debilitating as before, but painful 24/7. I was walking several miles a day still, so just stopped that to ease up on weight-baring exercises and found your videos. You keep me motivated, going during this recovery time, pandemical times (busy, full-time working, full-time single mama of 2 children)! Thank you!

My husband I have been doing your hurt foot- chair cardio workouts for 7-8 weeks since I broke my foot. Love the routines -- (I think you helped my foot heal in record time: 4 weeks!) But the addition of Patrick is especially awesome. He's an extra HOT HUNK OF MOTIVATION. :) Adore you both.

I have been struggling with mental health so much during this period of isolation. Decided this week to start doing the things I know contribute to my mental health, one of which is exercise. I have a neuroma in one foot that gets horribly exacerbated by running and standing cardio, so your chair cardio videos are my saving grace! I just finished this one, and I feel GOOD!

I have an ankle injury and kind of reluctantly tried this workout- and this was way harder than walking on the treadmill! I couldn't do all of it but am excited to keep trying. So appreciate the positivity : )

This was a great workout for full time remote and office workers. Sitting in a chair 10-12 hours per day is going to impact all of our health if we don't take care of ourselves. AMAZING feeling. So glad I found this page!@!!! I plan to share with my coworkers.

I just finished my first chair workout. I sit at my desk for 10-12 hours a day and I’m overweight and this made it so easy to get a workout in from my desk. Yay!!!! 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾😃😃😃

I honestly am in love with these workouts. My heel has been in a lot of pain due to plantar fasciitis, then injuring it again while it was healing, and it really put a stop to the health choices I just recently decided to make: working out. I had made a lot of progress and was so disappointed that even my other low impact exercises were too much. I looked at some other videos before settling in here and I'm so happy I found this channel! My goals can continue!

I'm so happy I found your channel. I have gained almost 30 lbs since February. Our building has been locked down and no one has been able to come in. If course we can go out but because of the virus I don't go out often. I am already overweight so the 30 extra pounds really weigh laid me. I'm having serious mobility issues even with my Walker. Saturday I decided to do something and stop feeling sorry for myself. I started exercising by using the chair and eating properly instead of ordering in. I was looking for a chair exercise that really got my heart pumping and was different than those that I have been doing. I found you and I thoroughly enjoyed this video. Thanks so match for sharing.
