Mr Coffee Barista repair - no milk / froth

Mr Coffee Barista is an excellent machine. However, the milk froth feature is a bit finicky. Every few month, I have to clean the milk container's tubing of milk crud. I briefly touch on this in the video, however this video goes into more detail:

Recently, cleaning the tubing would no longer help. The frother would hesitate for 15 seconds, then work, but very slowly. It would take a few cycles to fill up the cup. Upon somebody's comment, I took the pressure chamber inside the machine and discovered a lot of crud inside. This crud was blocking the frother tubing.

This video touches on tearing down and disassembling the machine and shows the location of the pressure chamber. All you need to do is unbolt 4 large bolts on the chamber and clean it out with a scotch brite and maybe some vinegar. My machine had a lot of crud that appears to be bits of corrosion from inside the chamber. This crud was blocking the top tube that feeds the frother.

The torque spec on the bolts appear to be about 1.5-2Nm - it should be tight, but not super tight, or you will damage the seal.

The hex nuts are super tight! Did you manage to actually loosen them?

My frother shoots out milk still but after 2 years it simply isn't frothy. The inside of the black milk reservoir lid was very clean however. Do you think the pressure chamber is the only other issue to consider?

If it acts like its out of water, there if an electromagnetic valve on the bottom. Water goes from the tank to it, then from it to the bottom of the pump. It can also fail. I have gotten it to work bypassing, then found a replacement to out in later.

I did all the steps and still it does not froth. Any other suggestions? Everything else is working.
Inside the chamber there is a tube coming from the top, mine is damage has a hole on the side.

My issue is that the milk doesn't get sucked with enough force and I hardly get any milk in my cup, I cleaned the reservoir multiple times but no improvement, what else can I do?

This did not work for me, I cleaned it, (it really was not dirty) soaked in vinagar, and it still does not froth. This is the second machine to do this.
