Hello I watch your vedio time and again. I am a house wife and wants to do nuts panning chocolate at home. I got machine from someone. Can h pl.help me with the recipe. What glaze or polishing u use in shining of the product. I have learnt chocolate making longtime back. I stay in Delhi.
