I finished two of my smaller 40x50 WIP's this last week! (Peanuts Christmas from Diamond Dotz and Noel from Dreamer Design). I'm moving on to Bellatrix by Then2Now4U from PAM Diamond Painting. It's a 60x60 and about 2/3rd done.. hope to finish it this weekend! Then will have 2 more smaller WIPs to finish and I will have met my 5 WIP finish for the event!! Thanks for a fun video and thanks for co-hosting this event, it feels amazing to get a project or two done that have been on my list for a while.

I started diamond painting summer 2023, so 2024 was my first full year of doing the craft! I finished 14 kits, which varied from Paintgem boxes to some really big 60+ × 80+ cm canvases.

My favorite project from last year was "Hidden Under the Antique Fabric" (DAC), where I re-charted the black cat to be a tuxedo cat lookalike of my own kitty! It ate up a bunch of my spare drills, and I'm so pleased with myself for making a good storage system early 😊

I did realise it's a very expensive hobby to have, though, so my 2025 goal is to keep a stash of less than three kits 😅

Always fun to hear tag question answers. 😁 I started diamond painting in April of 2020. I have probably completed 50-60 paintings to date. I usually have up about 20-25 in my stash. My project for the next few days is to take down the Christmas decorations. I have been ill so it has really slowed my progress. Have a wonderful day! 🤗💓🤗

I’m almost done with my project sugar high I can’t wait. I absolutely love her. Can’t wait to get her on my sewing room wall, even though I put Sewing to the side right now. I tend to work on large paintings. I’ve started a few small ones and I get bored and they don’t get finished. :/ I hope you have a great day and I can’t wait till February so I can order some more putty..lol 😊

Thanks Laura! I just completed my first project for the event and it was Dragon Seasons from Enablers Outpost and now on to working on a wip from DAC. I always enjoy the tag question answers...so fun. You know I am a putty girl, I prefer squares but will occasionally do a round if I love the image, I like confetti better than large colorblocking sections and absolutely hate anything with a light colored background. I started diamond painting in Feb. of 2020 and have completed 136 canvases not counting Paint Gems sets, snackies or off the page projects. You know I am a huge lover of Peggy Collins work have have completed several and have many more in my stash. Have a great week Laura!!!🥰🥰🥰

Hi Laura! Thanks for this WIP and chat. I am originally from the Richmond area, and have thought about getting the same Williamsburg diamond painting, but just can’t commit to another large project like this one. Hope you have a great weekend, and stay warm!

Hay Laura- I loved hearing your answers to the tag questions! I am working on a large project right now- Outside the Sweet Shop. It has 197 colors. 🤯 It is tedious- but totally worth it.

Thanks for keeping me company while I diamond paint! I love to diamond paint cats as well (crazy cat lady here! 3 cats also.) I love to read as well and I am in 2 book clubs. I hope you finish more Harry Potter books, the audiobooks are fantastic. I recommend reading The Push by Ashley Adrain if you haven't already read it. It's a dark thriller or anything by John Marrs. I just completed my first project for this event tonight! It was a Red Car Christmas kit from Make Market. I'm impressed with the quality despite it being a budget kit. I am working on my Alphonse Mucha kit now as my 2nd WIP to wrap up this month. Thanks for running this event!

I usually have 2 project going at one time. Finished my Myka Jelina painting and kitted up my 1st DAC mystery kit. My favorite size painting to work on is a 60x60 size.

I'm almost done with my first wip project just waiting on the bling. I love to read as well. Trying to get used to audio books while I diamond paint but they me to sleep. ❤

A Colorful Life is who got me into diamond painting. :)
I wouldn't be able to pick just one diamond painting company. My current favorite artist at DAC is Yuumei Art. I only have two of hers, though. My unicorns are Flower Delivery and Under the Stairs. They are both Yuumei Art. I love/ hate confetti. I'd say it has the edge over color blocking. My perfect painting would have a combination of both. I have 4 WIPS hanging on my rack. I am about to kit up a new one once it arrives. :)
