Context:
There's a devil who asks a group of players "Truth or Dare?", The devil possesses the player and gives them hallucinations of someone asking them with a creepy smirk. If you refuse to do your task or didn't accomplish it, then the player will unconsciously commit suicide. This game will continue until every players die, kinda like a cycle.
Spoiler:
So at the end of the movie, the last two players found out that theres no way out of this game. That's why they uploaded their video in the internet, asking the watchers "Truth or dare?", unknowingly including the watchers in the game to slow down their turn. The long-haired girl smiling at the end must be the players hallucination, indicating that the short-haired girl beside her will play the game next.

truth or dare is a game whenever you have to tell the truth / do the dare. If you either refuse / dont tell the truth / dont do the dare, You will die. This movie looks real but its just a movie, if this was real yes we would be in danger. But to the people who are still confused: No its not real, Its just a movie (Maybe horror but it can scare you.) I suggested you not watch the movie if you know you will get scared.
