What is your real world mileage impact of their tunes?

this may sound silly but Im thinking about getting a tune, but I don't want any gps looking thing on my interior. Im speaking about the tuner. Is there any way to get a tune done to ur truck without having the tuner on the inside of my truck. I want my truck interior to look as stock as possible

I dont know shit about tunes. Ive always been old school and loved having old trucks. Since my 1969 Chevy C10 got hit and totaled I decided to go ahead and buy a newer truck and move into the 21st century LOL. I have a 2011 Ford F150 with 5.0. Im amazingly getting 19MPG just running around country roads combined with some town driving which blew me away. No doubt I would get above 20 on a highway trip. ANHOW...how does these tunes effect the MPG???? Obviously your foot effects it but how badly does it effect everyday driving???

You can't tune a n/a engine to make more hp. The 2015 5.0 make 25 more hp because it has hotter cams. This is why it peak @ 5750 rpm. Your engine peak @ 5500 rpm. The tuning company lied to you.
