as per the head tail rule, your direction vectors are a bit off. you should have done each point minus (6, 0, 0)

Sir first i did by :
1) Finding the intercepts of the plane ..
which i got as (6, 0, 0) ; (0, -3, 0) ; (0, 0, 3/2) ... from that i got 3 points so i found out the Dr's ... using 3 points and then i found out the Vector equation directly... Sir is this method correct!? sir please reply??
