This has happened twice, Kyle Busch called Ryan Newman an ogre before the Brickyard, and Newman won the Brickyard. Kyle wrecked Brad, and Brad won the very next race at Charlotte.

actually kyle turned right after he made contact with brad. turning right was kyle making an attempt to minimize the damage to his car and avoid pushing brad sideways halfway down the frontstretch, ending both of their races.
