Yep. No wonder Brian May said he was in awe of you. You just proved his point.

That is so spot on Peter Frampton. Great playing there Rick…

You're always talking about production and education so it's easy to forget this but you're such a good player Rick.

Dude.... Just.... Dude.... 🤘🤘 I'm 48 and never put in the time to get good. You let me feel like practice is not in vain at my age. Thank you for your work.

I like the idea of hypothetical what-if solos by someone who actually knows what their doing

In my opinion, the characteristics that make Rick such an inspiration, are obviously his gargantuan skill set of all things music, instrumentation, production, theory, writing, etc. but it's his humble approach when instructing others or how he develops music appraisal, appreciation and his unbiased critique of songs that don't quite fit into the genera that I care for, that really impressed me and allows me to open up my mind and give crappy music another look.

It's easy to appreciate good music ( like Frampton and Zeppelin) but to listen to today's top 20? I would rather listen to my neighbor break up his driveway with a jackhammer!

Thank you Rick

Rick Beato will go down in the books as definitely one of the best music educators/entertainers ever.

First time I have heard someone plays not according to the original solo.
Rick that was beautiful and refreshing.

Rick, your musical knowledge is par none.
But, not only can you dissect recording of some of the most brilliant pieces of music history, you can creatively demonstrate some of the most beautiful interpretations from your mind. Love it!
Soul moving brother; thank you for your loving talent !!!

Brilliant. And actually sounded good enough that I had to play it over and over wanting there to be more

BRILLIANT and so much fun! This makes me move around in my desk chair (I’m not so good with standing etc right now), and not even worry about my husband coming by and thinking l look silly. Now, please play it for 9 minutes or whatever like Frampton would. I would LOVE to hear more mash-ups like this!

I love the joy on your face when you play, Rick! Particularly the look of anticipation just before your start.

That little smirk... you know what you just did there. Perfection. I was hoping you'd single this part of the video out for a YouTube Short. Excellent job.

This is without a doubt the one YouTube I recommend the most. The short does no justice, watch the whole video. The Eddie Van Halen Stairway solo keeps me up at night it was so amazing. Rick has the greatest music channel on YouTube, hands down.

I could watch you play all day! And here I thought you were just the best interviewer!

I’ve watched this a dozen times. Still awesome. Great guitar work as always. Talented fellow.
