My 3 month old sleeps 30 minutes at a time at night. He goes to sleep at 7 breastfeeding. Then 30 minutes late is wide awake and not looking around, but screaming. He does that until 5am.

I have co slept since birth. My baby is 5 months and is still waking up every 2-3 hours to nurse. He was doing good starting to sleep on his own at 4 months then he got teeth and I went back to letting him sleep with me. I need help to get him back to sleeping in his own and cut back on the night feedings. He also doesn’t really nap for more than 1 hour he is too curious. I am a working mom so I am needing more consecutive hours of sleep.

How do you stop babies from falling asleep every time they nurse?

My 3 month old is having the “crap naps” and went from sleeping 4/6h a night to waking up every 2/3h and it is so hard to get her back to sleep the second time. She always wakes up at 5am and then fall asleep at 7am and have a longer nap(not everyday tho, today it was 1hour long). I have not been sleep training her and we cosleep at the moment. I have found she was sleeping longer and was easier to feed her.
Could this be early sleep regression?
Sometimes she is able to self soothe to sleep, rare but it happens. Mostly falls asleep on lap or on the breast

If my baby is 11 weeks and he’s used to sleeping on me/ next to me or rocked to sleep, won’t sleep in crib long at all. How can I fix this ?!

My baby started to sleep more and I'm breastfeeding so I'm wondering how to know she's getting a full feed. I used to feel full every two hours but know that shes sleeping more it seems to take longer, is that normal?

Dr. Sarah I read your book and have a 2 month old, he is 11 weeks old and been struggling with his sleep cycle. He sleeps late at night and almost every time on me or on my wife. He never likes sleep on the crib and I am confused as to wether I should implement the Calm but Awake method? Is it too early. His timings are very varied and is not on a fixed nap or feed schedule. Its on demand. He sucks usually his thumb. Does not like Pacifier or Swaddling. Can you help me if we should just continue till he becomes 4 month and then try sleep training or should we start implementing Calm but Awake method.

What do you mean by the child knows you exist even though they can’t see you?? Are you suggesting that at 3 months the child is still unable to see 🤔🤔🤔
