For those who are unaware, Snr Defence Officers are majorly for actually critical decision makers not a front runner. Their education is super high than compared with an IIT IIM. Their logical approach to logical conclusions are the smartest than normal civilians from any background. Pull ups push ups are just regular fitness routine. Please dont compare them with civilians, they're way above in every sense. Most importantly, the ability to take decisions and execute under extreme circumstances, makes them different than the civilians. Jai Hind !!!
