This was my first "upside-down" roller coaster as a kid! :) :) My parents got a souvenir cup for me to commemorate the occasion. Still have it! XD It was green and in the shape of a curled-up rattlesnake hehe.

Thanks for this video! I'm trying to make a list of all the roller coasters I've ever been on, but it's hard to find names and info on coasters that are out of operation.

This one was really scary to me as a teen, but it looks pretty tame now. I also remember it feeling pretty wobbly and not being sure if that was in my mind or not. They removed it the following year, so maybe I was right!

We used to have two of these with interlocking loops at Great Adventure. They were grouped as one ride called Lightning Loops.

These used to be all over the place. I remember the Zoomerang/Double O/Daredevil at Circus World/Boardwalk & Baseball near Orlando. That was all one ride in the same location, it just survived through two park names and three ride names. I think there are only two still operating in the US.

Yeah, I knew there was some transaction somewhere and last I heard one half of Lightning Loops is still operating somewhere.

Could I please use a brief segment of this clip for a review on this ride? I will provide you with full credit for the footage and include a link in the description.

Wow, they had to do a check before it launched backwards? If they were afraid of restraints opening why didn't they just connect redundant belts to the restraints and the seats? If your restraint comes open with a redundant belt it won't open too far, maybe a couple of inches (or more) but you won't die (just be frightened). I am glad that amusement parks have become safer since the late 1990's and early 2000's.
