It’s not that, it’s a worker from Ominent who was sent down to explore and used to work in the hedge lab before it was overrun. He was taken in by the red ants and dug out that place but eventually starved to death

Really wanted to play grounded. I really like the gameplay. But fuck me the bugs creep me the hell out. I'd prefer the forrest with its mutated cannibals than have to walk into a giant spider or bee.

bro I remember the first time playing grounded and my friend told me to go down a hole and I fr saw a spider the size of a bus snoring then a mite ate me to death 2 times

They changed the skeleton and ant figure to just ants without the human bone now probably because it was too dark. You find the ant heads on sticks again in the pond cave where you can find a recipe to one of the bosses or something
