'Murica is not all bad we just have to choose wisely from the millions of places

Am in my 70's and have lived more than half of my life - NOT in the USA - recently returned to USA to handle some business and to meet family and friends that I had not seen in years - was happy to leave since it has changed so much and reinforces my decision not to live in the USA. Where I live now in Asia - been there over 20+ years ( No Taxes / Electric Bill is about US$100 or less per month running AirCon 24 / 7 / Auto Insurance annually about US$400 a year / Healthy food and lifestyle and no guns or worries about walking the streets at night or day - - So why give that all up to live in USA where one is taxed to death has a ever deteriorating infrastructure, a healthcare system that is not in the top 20 world wide and an ever increasing poor educational system. Thus I live outside of the USA without fear.

I was terminated from my Engineering job with top corp. that has no history of firing staff workers and unable to find anything for 2 years. I forced to sell my home that I brought with mortgage and insurance at lost cost. My retirement pension was only $375.00 per month. I found the job that only part time with no benifit and have to pay my own way. I had a well paid job now and wish I could make it to retirement that I delay util at least 72 then move to Thailand with Social Security that will be enough to buy 100K health care insurance until you reach 75 that this coverage will ended and hopefully I will die before the expiration of the policy.
