The Texas Rangers got a moment of magic from rookie Wyatt Langford when he drilled his first MLB walk-off hit against the Chicago White Sox. Bruce Bochy was ejected earlier in the game hoping it might provide some spark of life for a Rangers team desperately in need of one.

During almost every game I hear Dave Raymond say that he keeps expecting the Rangers' offense to click into gear. He's been saying that for months. I'm afraid he'll still be saying it the third week of September. Garcia is now flirting with the Mendoza line.

We have to go on a beginning of 2023, 40-20 type run to even make the playoffs. I’m afraid it’s too little too late

If we are just in it, until the last week of ball, ill be content with the season.

Here’s to Jon Gray joining the turnaround party tonight!

Not hitting well against Fedde and Kopech, and allowed go-ahead RBI hits to a unheard of rookie and a failed Cardinal, and only 3 hits before 9th, I can't imagine how we can crack through Crochet tonight.

The Rangers aren't the only team whose hitting has crapped out this year. The Braves have done the same thing, only worse. However, the Braves are 9 games over .500 because they have the best ERA in MLB.

With Chicago intentionally walking the bases loaded, they now have no room for an unintentional walk. This could cause the pitcher to be a bit too concerned about walking in the winning run, thus he inadvertently serves up a pitch that Wyatt could tee-off on.

The Rangers are 31-7 when scoring five runs or more in a game. Where the f*** is Carter and Jung?

It didn't do any good last night. Yes they won but that was only because they were playing the worst team in baseball who were even more inept last night than the Rangers.

The fact that Bochy needs to get ejected in game 100 against one of the worst teams in the history of baseball to get a spark out of this team just goes to tell you how bad things are going and even then we are only 4 games out
