I suck with the standard, no sight, internal magazine SKS and always blow my full 10 rounds and then die top loading. This video shows the only way I will run the SKS, but normally I go with the VPO 136 for the 30 round mags you can get in abundance. You just recently did a video on it I believe. Keep up the awesome work!

As a new player I’ve had trouble finding guns and attachments so I fell in love with the simplicity of the sks can be very deadly as well This video deserves more attention from newer players

PS got buffed aswell, now has 35 pen so it is very dangerous to fight players and scavs that use 7.62x39 from now on, even with lv4 armor.

I got a vepr hunter of a scav I killed by my spawn that had m61 in it. Killed a duo, one of them had a pso that I attached and killed another duo at long range. Early game scopes are a must, especially on woods

Ngl, stat-wise, i’d argue that the vpo-136 is better at the start of the wipe, with the akm style break, all wood furniture amounts to 117 as compared to the base 155 of the sks, plus the ‘55 issue mags of the ak vs the 10 internal or 20 rounder is a 33% increase, at the end of the day, its your choice on what guns to use

they just buffed 7.62x39 PS (+3pen) so you can shred even Class 4 reliably now!

You mentined the light mount for the grach not being available in your earlier video. They fixed that. You can now run lights on it lvl 1

SKS is my go-to for my first raids, but once I open up Jaeger I transition to shotguns myself. Super cheap and easy to mod as well and I pretty much always get them back. Not ideal if you run into decent armor but they always have legs and heads to shoot.

I put a thread adapter, dtk muzzle brake and run some BP in a 20 rounder.
