This episode did a great job of focusing on the witch who was needed for the test. Lilia was beautifully handled and they hired an amazing actress to portray her and I am glad she was the focus. This episode is arguably the best one yet.

I have a theory that no witch can finish the road because at the end of the road there is death, even Rio/death herself said it "In the end all roads lead to me". The only reason Agatha could finish the road before (if she actually walked it) is because she had a relationship with Rio/death who allowed her to cross it. This time I don't think Rio will allow her to do that. I feel that Rio might do a deal with Agatha that if she let's Rio take Billy/William she will let Agatha finish the road because William was supposed to die in the car crash it was Billy who saved him, so Rio/Death is missing a body which she will take by doing that deal with Agatha but Agatha will not agree to it & try to save Billy out of guilt for what she did with Nicholas Scratch.

This episode did so much for the character of Lilia and the context it provided made the previous episodes better imo specifically the beach house with Lilia’s dream of death coming for the witch in her coven

I’m so happy that Michael is loving this show. I remember him sharing his concerns for AAA before its release around things like the singing and lack of A list characters, but I could really feel his passion and enthusiasm for the writing shining through in this video which was so joyful to watch!!

It’s been one of my very favourite MCU shows so far and I loved the episode, but I hadn’t picked up on the references to Loki and the circling of time until I watched this, thanks for the detailed breakdown!! Just makes it more powerful. Can’t wait for more Rio, too.
