Hi, for those who don't know, female foeticide or infanticide are examples of femicide. The former is where girls are killed before they are born simply for not being sons. We have a huge problem of this in india, which is actually why it's illegal here to tell parents the gender of their baby before it's born. But that just unfortunately means people kill the girls right after birth also known as infanticide, or pay people to find out the gender and do so before. Hope this helps.
