Le Papondu develops 100% vegan eggs.

Le Papondu is developing the first plant-based eggs. This substitute not only caters to people suffering from egg allergy but also to people following a vegan diet or wishing to limit their consumption of animal-based products.
Le Papondu is similar in shape to chicken eggs, with a yolk and a white that are both liquid and distinct. It can be integrated into all kinds of recipes in our everyday cuisine (cakes, quiches, pies, etc.) or cooked alone (fried or scrambled for example).

The objective of the Papondu is to allow people to have access to a simple and complete cuisine that is respectful of their health and values.
