How to select Companies and switch to Multiple Companies in Tally?

In Tally.ERP 9 Accounting Software we can work with multiple companies by selecting them using the Select Company option available in the Company Info. Menu.

Apart that using the F1: Select Cmp button available in the Button Area you can select a companies without going to the Company Info. menu.
