It’s ya boi Naruto’s Birthday today! So let’s make some homemade Miso Chashu Ramen! 🍜🍥

Ingredients:
Pork belly block
Long green onion
Garlic
Ginger
2Cups Water
1Cup Soy Sauce
½Cup Mirin
2Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Miso Ramen Pack with noodles
Green onions
Fish cake
Ramen Egg
Menma
Nori

Recipe:
start with a long slab of pork belly and tenderize meat with fork.
Roll tightly and tie it up using some cooking string in half inch sections.
Chop long green onions, garlic, and ginger.
Place the roll of pork belly in a pot with water (2cups), shoyu (1cup), and sugar (2tbsp)
Cook on medium heat for 1hour 30mimutes and flip once in between to cook evenly
Let the Chashu cool off. Slice Chashu roll into slices and sear with torch for a smoky flavor.
