According to the National Autistic Society 99% of people in the UK have heard of autism, but only 16% of autistic people feel the public truly understands it.
In this film three members of the Counselling Directory team try an 'autism virtual reality experience' to see how it can feel to be autistic and overwhelmed. It was an eye-opening experience for us and we highly recommend you give it a go.
