Honestly, there are no more bad phones those days. Each phones have a lot of pros, some cons and some issues. We saw it this year with iPhone 14 series and iOS 16. Bugs were there and bugs are leaving now. Same for S22 Ultra when it came : now most issues are gone. Best thing to do, if you can afford, is to use both iPhone and a Android smartphone.

First of all, Merry Christmas and Happy holidays!! Second, totally agree with your picks for the top smartphones of 2022. Google hit it out of the park with the Pixel 6a and the Pixel 7 series. Loved the Samsung S22 Ultra with all its features, but I agree the battery life was nothing to write home about, plus the shutter lag was what held the S22 back this year. Excited for the S23 series though. As always keep up the great work, always enjoy your informative videos

I agree with your number 1 spot. The Z Fold4 is my phone of the year as well. Having the larger inner display makes it easier to see everything on the screen. With LumaFusion now available on Android, the Z Fold4 is a video editing beast.

Just got my iPhone 14 pro max the day 😄👍 best phone right now on the market imo got it mostly cuz of the camera. I was using android previously but decided to switch over to iPhone. I’m very happy with my 14 pro max 😄👍

Pixel 7 series really knocked it out of the park in my opinion. Heating issues mostly have been resolved, signal issues seem better for most people. For the price that Google were selling them for during November they were a steal. Especially knowing you'll get software support for years to come including day one OS upgrades.

Now that iPhones have high refresh rate displays and always on display, there is practically no downside other than usb c not being present and this is coming from a life long android user
