How do you then edit them after importing.? The edit icon seems to be missing!

Why is it that when I download the templates and try to import them into Premiere, everything you explained in the video becomes impossible for me to do? The file doesn’t even show up in my Downloads folder, but if I open File Explorer separately, I can find the template file there.
