How To REVALVE WP Closed Chamber Forks | KTM & Husqvarna

preview_player
Показать описание
Change the shim stack in a set of closed cartridge forks to make the ride softer or harder. By adding shims in a suspension system you can make the ride more suited form jumps, whoops, roots, rocks or blue groove.

This revalve is done on a set of WP Closed Cartridge forks out of a 2011 Ktm 300xc. Closed Cartridge forks have been used on many years and models of KTM and Husaberg bikes.

Thanks for the great video. Appreciate it!

Why are the large holes against the check plate and the small holes against the shim stack? Doesn't that mean the small holes are being used for the compression stroke, which would be suboptimal? I'm a bit new to cartridge suspension.

Thanks for the video. How do we know what to change on the shims based on the type of riding and skill level? For example a B motocross rider?

I hear these forks are great for woods, when valved correctly. I rode them on a 2013 250sx and wasn't impressed. Can these be good forks?
