In this #ASMR video, we try out a cute little nursery rhyme and synchronise that with some hand movements and visual triggers! You can use this for tingles and sleep too!

did everyone have a different version of this growing up? for me it was “around the world in 80 days, x marks the spot. four big boulders, one tiny dot. spiders crawling up your back getting ready to attack—they bite you and the blood drips down x2 now a pinch, a squeeze, and a cool breeze, now you got the now you got the now you got the chills.” i literally forgot about this experience and that i was experiencing asmr without even knowing it. no wonder i was obsessed with that game. the motions for this version are super tingly so jojo if you’re interested i can write them out if you ever want to try different versions in another video:)

In Canada it used to be "Criss, Cross, Applesauce, Spiders crawling up your back, Tight Squeeze, Cool Breeze, Now you've got the shiveries"; it was a thing you recited when drawing on someone's back.
