hey would you recommend this for a one bedroom, taking in only the toilet waste, nothing else..pumping about 140 ft with not much lift. It can sit outside?

Does this HAVE to be buried? I'm installing a wet bar in my basement and will need to add an ejector pit/pump. Mechanical room is the next room over with I will put the pit, but I'd prefer not to bust up the concrete if I can just set this on the unfinished floor.
