That is a perfect size! So small yet good quality and won't get in the way. I'd like to get one myself. Thanks Andrew!!

Some nice options available. I like the fact that you can even get it with a UFL connector. See you in the Air!

Be honest I prefer good old school cloverleaf antennas. I’ve tried them all on my LR planes Almost everything out there on the market really and always find myself right back to using the old cloverleaf antennas. Also these cloverleaf antennas are super simple to build yourself with proper tuning equipment

It’s hard to tell what the antenna is like with out a comparison.
Put it up against a pagoda so you can see a difference and make a judgment of the antenna then.

That interference is more than likely to be multipathing. Even CP antenna's are not immune if there is more than a single
reflection point. Interference would not be so dependent on the transmitter's immediate location, more the receiver's.
They do look good for a low drag solution, I'd like to do an efficiency test to check their real radiation performance though.
Thanks for posting.

For 1 damn antenna! Like I said I prefer my old cloverleaf antennas plus I can get a matching set for $4 all day long or just make my own.
God video though. I appreciate your content.

what mw were you using here? the distance you get before those breakups is not too much...
Bruce compared it to the Foxeer Lollipop2 - and they were pretty identical (good image on a quad a good 750m run).
will review my sample as well. greets, Mario

Did you write your name on it or did they send it that way? Pretty cool either way. :)

Had Y'alls Tried The Small / Short Lollipops Like They Use On The Larger 5"+ Quads? Does It Drop Power or Any Adverse Effects To Use An Adapter From SMA to RP-SMA Etc? And Do You Have To Get Specs On Video Trans On Rt or Left Polar??? That's Always Way Confusing To Me... Thanks Mate

CP antennas on 5.8G are frankly a waste of time IMO...I just use linear so i dont suffer the db loss associated with Skews. Its a current trend for our friends in China to see who can make the smallest, cutest looking 5.8 antenna. Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with actual performance. That's not interference BTW, that's a weak, badly propagated signal.

can you review Axii seems People are getting 30km with 5.8 with just the stubbies with non diversity on goggles.
