Why is there a 3.5” and 4.0? Are they interchangeable

I tried one it vibrated wickedly at 160 kph and just got worse as speed increased from there

Is this driveshaft guaranteed not to have vibration issues? I currently have a dss and ive had many issues with vibration over 60mph.

Actual weight difference is 8.4lbs. No where near 19 lbs lighters. Garbage POS. And yes, I own it. Installed today.
