ragi smoothie recipe for weight loss, ragi or finger millet is gluten free and a highly nutritious millet, this easy breakfast smoothie for weight loss does not contain dairy milk, no refined sugar, no banana. millets are loaded with fibre and protein and ideal to include in weight loss diet, diabetic diet, and pcos diet.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 tbsp sprouted ragi flour
1/4 cup + 1 cup water
a small piece of cinnamon or cinnamon powder
7 - 8 almonds (overnight soaked and peeled)
1 apple, peeled and chopped
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup water
1 soft medjool dates or as needed
